Piedmont, Oklahoma
Piedmont is in central Oklahoma, northwest of the state’s capital, Oklahoma City. It is part of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. It was initially founded as a farming community in the late 1800s and was named after the Italian word for “foot of the mountain” due to its scenic location.
